When a home owner taking money out , means they have equity in their home and more assests, it means they are worth more, and many Americans refinance, and get second loans then make loan payments.

It is not a crime to buy a house or new clothes.

My family approved of the house to live there.

My Mom decided for herself as she did not have dementia then, she drove there herself and saw the house and loved it to live there and she decided for herself.

No opinions were needed from outside relatives.
